I stopped by spontaneously on Saturday because of gear shifting problems (after my bike fell over). The service was incredibly friendly and helpful – they repaired it right there on the spot 🚲. The price was right, and they helped quickly without any fuss. Luckily, they had some free time – but the service was still fantastic 💪. I'll definitely be back! 😊

Friendly, competent, and honest employees. They won't try to sell you anything; they'll help you at a reasonable price. Here, customer loyalty is key, not just ripping you off. My highlights: - I took my bike in for new brakes; a broken rubber bell was replaced free of charge and without comment. - After a fall on black ice, a fender was so bent that I couldn't ride anymore. Cost for immediate repair? €0. I'll keep coming back.

We were looking for a new e-bike for my wife that would be better than her 10-year-old bike. Sufficient power and suitability for touring were prerequisites, but in the form of a city bike, as my wife was used to those. The sales consultation was handled by the owner, who was very pleasant from the very first minute. I had more technical requirements, while my wife was more focused on aesthetics and needed that "this is it" feeling. Ms. Wollgast had a tough task, but she mastered it with excellent expertise and a great sense of humor. No question was too silly, and all wishes were taken seriously. Several bikes were provided, and my wife was allowed to test ride them all for as long as she wanted. Finally, a Gudereit EC-5.8 evo was pulled out of the hat, and my wife instantly fell in love with it. Of course, the bike still had to be prepared for sale. Although we wanted to pick up the Gudereit the next day, the workshop, despite being extremely busy, squeezed our bike in, so we were able to pick it up the following day at 12:00 PM. A huge thank you again for that alone, and three thumbs up! After a very good introduction, we immediately went for a short bike ride, and it was fantastic – a great bike! We've bought bikes, had repairs done, and received advice in Wahlstedt in the past, and we've never been disappointed. So we'll definitely remain loyal customers of Radhaus. Bettina and Jan

Great bikes, excellent advice from competent and very friendly staff. Even when there are many customers, there's no rush, and every customer receives the attention they need until they leave the shop satisfied. We are thrilled. There really is a bike for every budget here. We can only say that it's worth every trip. The best bike shop in the Segeberg district! 👍

My bike was just at the bike shop for its annual inspection. Everything went very smoothly. Excellent service. My bike was picked up and delivered back to my home (free of charge). I was informed about the costs from the start. A fantastic, competent team. Thank you so much. I'll definitely use them again.
